Score 89-91/100 · William Kelley, Wine Advocate, Feb 2020
The 2018 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Amoureuses reveals notes of cherries, berries, plums and dark chocolate. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, ample and succulent, with an open-knit core of fruit framed by filigree tannins. This doesn't appear to be as concentrated as the Aux Echanges, but it's more elegant.
