(these 14-year-old vines, a selection from the Bureau Interprofessionnel des Vins de Bourgogne (BIVB) ripen more quickly than Pernot's older plants): Pale, bright yellow-green. Lime peel and a lactic note on the nose. Offers good cut but comes across as a bit warm too, hinting at banana and mint. This round, dry wine displays good ripeness but limited personality.
