Tasting notes
All Sauvignon, the 2016 Sauvignon Blanc is a downright juicy, vibrant white that has loads of citrus and peach fruits, medium body, nicely integrated acidity, and a rounded, supple, clean finish. It's incredibly drinkable, well-made, and an ideal house white over the coming year or two.

Lovely lime-pie, lemon-cream and fresh-grapefruit character on the nose. Medium body with lively acidity, bright fruit and a lot of freshness. The crispness of the finish screams out for seafood. Drink now.
The 2016 Le Sauvignon is quite pretty. Varietal notes play off intense, phenolic structure in a white endowed with real character. Fresh, aromatic and yet also deep, this wine has plenty to recommend it. The 2016 was fermented in wood, with 20% acacia barrels used to accent the more conventional oak.
The 2016 Le Sauvignon has a fresh green apple, conference pear and papaya scented bouquet that has plenty of charm and wide commercial appeal. The palate is fresh and well defined with crisp acidity, attractive tropical tones with a hint of orange and apricot on the finish. Just a delicious white Bordeaux.
