Jean-Claude Mouton owns a six-hectare vineyard with south-facing slopes in the village of Condrieu. These slopes are very steep so all the vineyard work must be done by hand. Fermented half in stainless steel tanks and half in wood. A bit simple and tarty. Sweet and sour. (JR)
