Tasting notes
Very nice with rich cherry, resin, minerals, cedar and vanilla notes on the nose. Medium bodied with a precise, clean and balanced feel and a nice finish.

This blend of 65% Carignan (from 80-year old vines), 32% Grenache, and the rest Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits a saturated purple color as well as a gorgeous perfume of overripe grapes, blackberries, prunes, licorice, smoke, and earth. Full-bodied, with high alcohol (14.9%), huge unctuousity and density, it is extremely well-balanced despite its weight and mass. Drink it over the next two decades.
