Tasting notes
Quite light on the nose but very mellifluous and charming on the palate. Easy, a little casual, but with good focus and charm on the end. (JR)

Healthy dark red. High-pitched perfume of cherry, red licorice and minerals. Energetic wine in a rather cool, leanish style, offering good intensity and medicinal reserve. Finishes with harmonious, toothdusting tannins and good length but with its firm acidity, this comes across as slightly tart.
In the middle of the Clos, planted in the 1960s. Tank sample. Slightly cloudy greyish purplish crimson. Solid and very fruity. Then lovely lift. Polished tannins. Crunchy finish. Lots to chew on. (JR)
