2015 Dolcetto d'Alba

Burlotto's 2015 Dolcetto d'Alba is bright and lifted, with expressive floral notes that add an attractive upper register to the varietal dark fruit. Mid-weight and pliant, but with a good underpinning of structure, Burlotto's Dolcetto is striking in its balance, not to mention one of the most distinctive wines in the range. As always, a dollop of whole clusters adds aromatic and textural nuance.
