(for 375 ml.; from Alban Vineyard fruit) Slightly hazy orange-bronze color. Superripe aromas of apricot, honey, caramel, brown butter and toffee. Very rich and dense, with slightly gamey flavors of apricot syrup, peach liqueur, pear and vanillin oak. A bit warm with its 13% alcohol, but some edgy acids keep this extremely rich, sweet wine from cloying.
