Tasting notes
A new cuvée combining Domaine Joblot's old vines in Servoisine (formerly bottled as a stand-alone cuvée) with their oldest vines in En Veau, the 2017 Givry 1er Cru Mademoiselle is a lovely wine in the making, jumping from the glass with vibrant aromas of apple, spring flowers and lime. On the palate, it's medium-bodied, pure and mouthwatering, marrying flesh with succulent acidity.
