The 2016 Chablis Grand Cru la Moutonne has a pleasing bouquet, well defined with flint and smoke scents at first, a touch of honeysuckle and jasmine following just behind. I appreciate the complexity here considering the vintage. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, more cohesive than its fellow grand crus from Long-Depaquit with fine salinity on the finish. Very fine. Dec 2017, www.robertparker.com
