From the bottom of Altenbourg. Hail concentrated, yield only 12 hl/ha. RS 42 g/l. Very perfumed. Focused and very satin textured, really beautiful. Sweet but balanced. Bring on the chef! (JR)

Fruit from the lower part of Altenbourg, limestone/clay. RS 42 g/l. More lychee than roses, pear-fruited too. Rich and kept fresh by the pear-like fruit. Creamy texture and quite delicate in its Gewürz character. Wonderfully creamy integirty. (JH)
