Score 88-90/100 · Drink 2019-2028, Neal Martin, Wine Advocate, Dec 2017

Cropped at just 17 hectoliters per hectare and including lieux-dits (including Les Narvaux and Pelans) usually bottled separately, the 2016 Meursault Village has a brisk, quite vivacious bouquet with citrus fruit, yellow flowers and a subtle marine scent. The palate is well balanced with a slightly honeyed entry, fresh acidity, harmonious with a lovely, lilting, white peach and stem ginger-tinged finish. This is a fine little (in quantity!) Meursault from François Mikulski.
