Tasting notes
FINE+RARE is delighted to present LOVE by Léoube, a quintessential dry Provençal rosé tipped to be poured at some very special weddings this spring... A perhaps unlikely marriage between British nobility and chic St. Tropez, Chateau Léoube is owned by Lord & Lady Bamford and nestled in a coastal bay in the Cape Bénat. As the founders of award-wining Daylesford Organic Farm, the couple set out to make wines that were true to their terroir, whilst remaining respectful of nature – quickly becoming leaders in environmentally-sustainable viticulture and winemaking in Provence. At Château Léoube, the Bamfords are fortuitously situated next to Clos Mireille - one of three Domaines Ott properties - and quickly engaged Romain Ott, fourth-generation descendent of the renowned French winemaking dynasty as Head Winemaker. A blend of 50% Grenache and 50% Cinsault, LOVE by Léoube is pale pink with attractive fruit flavours of strawberry and white peach, and a delicate overall balance. Available in large formats, this "posh rosé" makes a refreshing summertime aperitif or fun addition to any wedding bar.

Very light orange color. Ripe red berry aromas are complemented by subtle floral and spice notes. Silky and open-knit, offering warm strawberry and cherry that put on weight with air. Finishes supple and long, with firm cut and lingering red berry character.
