Tasting notes
A light cedary note on the nose and then surprising and stunning intensity on the palate. The intensity of citrus and tangy green fruits is rounded out just enough on the palate to create a perfect whole, piercingly fresh but harmonious and long. This is way above its humble Bourgogne classification. GV (JH)

(modest frost losses here): Light yellow-straw color. More minerals and menthol than primary fruit on the nose. Stone fruit and more exotic tropical fruit flavors began a bit lean but turned creamier with aeration. This unusually nuanced Bourgogne Blanc finishes with good subtle length.
Dusty/stony aroma (and it’s not the glass this time). Cedar aroma, head-clearing freshness. Deep and savoury and creamy on the palate. Real weight and presence for a Bourgogne and impressive length, retaining excellent freshness. (JH)
