Tasting notes
Vivid yellow. A highly perfumed bouquet evokes ripe pear, peach and honey, accented by lively floral and mineral overtones. Juicy and broad in the mouth, offering concentrated orchard and pit fruit flavors that are braced and sharpened by a spine of juicy acidity. The floral and peach notes repeat emphatically on a very long, focused finish that shows no rough edges. I'm impressed by this wine's interplay of richness and energy.

Bright gold. Highly perfumed scents of ripe pear, melon, mango and pungent flowers, with a smoky mineral overtone. Palate-staining orchard and pit fruit flavors are complemented by notes of ginger and honey, picking up an exotic hint of green cardamom with air. Spicy, tightly focused and pure, showing strong mineral thrust and repeating florality on the very long, penetrating finish.
