Score 86/100 · Drink 2021-2025, Neal Martin, Feb 2020
The 2017 La Garricq has an open-knit bouquet, fleshy and ripe if missing a little definition. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, rounded and generous, an easy-drinking Moulis that should drink well for four or five years.

Score 85-87/100 · Drink 2020-2027, Neal Martin, May 2018
The 2017 La Garricq has a soft, slightly muffled bouquet with red plum and crushed strawberry fruit that needs to muster a little more delineation. The palate is medium-bodied with slightly under-ripe tannin on the entry. It fades too quickly, finishing in an attenuated fashion. Early drinking only.
