Light but transparent and easy. Very gentle tannins. Made with a gentle hand. (JR)

The 2016 Bourgogne Rouge has good presence on the nose, a little chalkiness mixed in with the red fruit. The palate is marked by quite sharp acidity, good body, quite primal with hints of blue fruit on the uncomplicated finish.
