Created exclusively for Coupette Bar – the French-inspired brainchild of the ex-head bartender at the Savoy – this is Amer but maybe not as you know it. Unsatisfied by the overly sweet and mass-produced modern examples of the gentian and quinine-based spirit, Bloomsbury Distillers took a 100-year-old bottle of Picon Amer, deconstructed it, and then painstakingly rebuilt it.
