Tasting notes
40% Syrah, 40% Mourvèdre, 10% Counoise, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Warm, composed, rich and round. Lots of interest here. Polished tannins and great savour and transparency. Very much a food wine with still lots of tannin tucked in behind the fruit for future development. (JR)

Tasted blind. Dark ruby with evolution at the rim. Round and sweet on the nose but a bit tart and fruitless on the palate. Not much fun! (JR)
40% Syrah, 40% Mourvèdre, 10% Counoise, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Black cherry, farmy notes, a real burst of ripeness and fresh acidity on the palate. Perfectly integrated tannic chalkiness with excellent persistence and complexity. Wonderfully eloquent with its earthy character and meaty notes. (RH)
