The 2015 Chianti Classico reveals hints of fermentation aromas and even a touch of very slight but prickly effervescence that you feel at the back of the tongue. Otherwise, it exhibits a pretty ruby color, wild berry aromas and lean concentration. I tasted this wine from two different bottles.
