Score 92/100 · Drink 2021-2032, Neal Martin, Sep 2021

The 2010 Blanc de Blancs was bottled in March 2014 and disgorged in September 2016. Comparing it to the 2009, this is strict and almost zen-like due to the cooler growing season and less ripe fruit. The palate is fresh and vibrant, offering bitter lemon and very fine salinity, and compared to the previous vintage, it shows a little more substance. This is a tad more cerebral than the 2009 even though it is not as full and voluminous, yet it has the clarity and nerve.

Aromas of white flowers, citrus oil, ripe nectarine and iodine introduce the 2010 Blanc de Blancs, a medium-bodied, fine-boned wine that's delicate and precise but somewhat ephemeral. It was disgorged in September 2016 with 10 grams per liter dosage.

Quite toasty and rich. Not the most typical Blanc de Blancs but a very nice wine – a food wine? Not quite as tight a cuvée as some. (JR)

The 2010 Blanc de Blancs spent five years on the fine lees with just 4% matured in oak. It has a very elegant bouquet with hints of praline and freshly sliced cornice pear, all with fine delineation. The palate is fresh on the entry with keen sense of direction. I admire the energy here, although I feel it needed to convey more complexity and attack towards the finish. Not bad, although not the best Blanc de Blancs that I have tasted during my rounds. Jun 2017, www.robertparker.com
