(raised in neutral oak barrels) Light green-tinged yellow. Textbook aromas of ripe citrus and pit fruits, violet and honey, lent urgency by a dusty mineral overtone. Densely packed and focused on the palate, offering energetic Meyer lemon, pear and white peach flavors sharpened by a gingery flourish. Shows real nerviness and mineral cut on the finish, which clings with impressive tenacity and focus.
