Tasting notes
Rounded, fleshy, creamy – but the fruit is very restrained and dry on the finish. Decent if a bit plain. (RH)

The 2015 Bourgogne Blanc has been bottled in October 2016. It has a satisfactory honeysuckle and frangipane-scented bouquet even though it would benefit from a little more delineation. The palate is well balanced with a pleasant tang of orange rind on the entry. There is commendable weight in the mouth and the detail on the finish is commensurate with expectations. Enjoy this over the next 2-3 years.
