(tasted from tank): Aromas of peach, spices and minerals. Juicy and tight despite being low in SO2, offering good energy and cut for village wine. Nicely structured wine with a firm spine. Just a hint of pineapple to convey the ripeness of the year.

The 2015 Puligny-Montrachet Les Tremblots has a conservative bouquet, correct but not simple with dewy Granny Smith apples and freshly tilled soil aromas. The palate is lively on the entry with green apple and kiwi fruit, a fine line of acidity with decent weight on the finish. Nothing extraordinary here, but it is undeniably well made with satisfying energy.

(from vines ranging from 40 to 80 years of age, planted on pale clay and limestone soil): Pale yellow. Mineral driven aromas of lemon, fresh peach and crushed rock. Silky sweet and concentrated, showing a slightly exotic cast but also good energy to its flavors of peach, pineapple and lichee. A bit less easy to taste today than the village Chassagne owing to its chalky underpinning.
