Tasting notes
Glamorous and terroir-textured. Chalky and restrained. Rather an odd agricultural note? (JR)

The 2015 Bourgogne Les Chataigners had been racked the previous week and so obviously had a lot of turbidity in the glass. The nose was a little muted, but the palate had plenty of pear and green apple notes, as well as fine acidity. It is neat and tidy on the fresh finish.
A rich wine with plenty of mid-palate fruit for this level. A charming fruit brought forward by a nice acidity – balanced and enjoyable. Jan 2017, www.winehog.org
