Tasting notes
The 2015 Vosne Romanee Aux Reas was just a little disjointed on the nose when I tasted it, just missing some of the precocity of the growing season. The palate is medium-bodied with slightly chewy tannin, good depth and body with a spicy, quite muscular finish. It handles the 50% new oak well, although overall I would just be looking for a little more detail and sophistication.
