The 2015 Mazis-Chambertin Grand Cru includes 100% whole bunch fruit this year. It had a very broody bouquet andis much more sultry than the Mazoyeres-Chambertin, well defined with cold limestone notes coming through with time. The palate is medium-bodied with crunchy black fruit, more masculine than the other grand crus, quite serious to the point of being saturnine, but focused and quite persistent on the aftertaste.
