Tasting notes
Slightly reduced on the clear, mineral and precisely depicted nose, at the moment the sweet 2013 Zeltinger Sonnenuhr Spätlese shows hints of rather darker fruits along with lemon and orange flavors. The wine is rich, sweet, juicy and persistently piquant on the palate but does not lack elegance and, at least in the finish, an amazing purity. This is the wine you should store for 10-20 years if you do not prefer a quite sweet Spätlese.
