Tasting notes
Vivid yellow. Deep-pitched melon, tangerine and honeysuckle qualities on the fragrant, mineral-accented nose. Broad and fleshy on the palate, offering hefty pear and orange pith flavors that tighten up and become spicier with air. Clings with excellent tenacity, leaving behind notes of poached pear and orange gelato.

Light yellow-gold. Assertively perfumed aromas of fresh pear, nectarine and sweet butter, with an undercurrent of lemon pith and chalky minerals adding vivacity. Fleshy orchard and citrus fruit flavors show excellent clarity and pick up pungent spice and floral qualities with air. A smoky mineral note gives emphatic lift and cut to the subtly sweet, focused, very persistent finish. This wine's nervy character and depth of flavor will make it a great match with rich as well as lighter foods.
