Given that harvest here is said to have incorporated around 50 percent botrytized material, this is surprisingly dominated by brightly juicy lime and apple. A buoyant, polished palate impression introduces quince jelly while also exhibiting some telltale prickle of botrytis. That prickle translates into a slightly rough spot in a finish of otherwise impressive persistence, albeit also a slightly sweet-sour awkwardness. This will deserve revisiting.
