Tasting notes
Brilliant pale yellow. Knockout delicate perfume of citrus peel, wild herbs and acacia flower. Dense but weightless in the mouth, with its superb sweetness of fruit perfectly countered by penetrating minerality. This wonderfully sappy white wine delivers outstanding energy and life in the mouth. Its dusty, sappy, extremely long finish saturates the palate without flagging. This wine was an attention-grabber from barrel in late 2015 and it's every bit as good in its finished form. While it's built to age, it would be great with oysters right now.

Very pale color. Knockout nose combines pineapple, wild herbs, menthol and white pepper, all complicated by a note of metallic minerality. Wonderfully silky and complex, offering outstanding inner-mouth lift to the savory flavors of flowers, herbs and earth. A highly complex expression of soil, perhaps the best vintage to date for this singular white wine. Finishes tactile and very long.
