Pale, green-tinged yellow. Lime, quinine and white flowers on the nose, energized by musky minerality. Densely packed but subdued, very dry and laid-back, offering a refined texture to its lemon, lime and mineral flavors. Very atypical for Morgeot, as these very old vines are planted on pure calcaire ; in fact, Dancer compared this soil to the upper portion of Chevalier-Montrachet. Finishes with a strong crushed-rock quality and excellent length.
