Score 96/100 · FINE+RARE
Fantastic depth on the nose showing layers of oyster shell, pear, yellow apples and blossom. The palate shows fat texture balanced by finely tuned acidity. Flavours of yellow apple, lemon, sea water and flint are complemented by an invigorating brine that lingers long on the finish. Incredible balance of concentration and freshness.
