The 2014 Bourgogne Rouge, which comes from a single parcel between Vosne-Romanée and Clos Vougeot, has a crisp bouquet with blackberry and briary scents. The palate is well balanced with dusky dark plum and blackberry fruit, quite citric towards the finish that just needs to brighten up a little.
Light fresh nose. Quite marked acidity. Lightweight and fine tannins. Very good length. (JR)
