This is a selection from En l'Ormeau. Really quite rich and etched. The etching completely overrides the rich fruit at the moment. Quite demanding for now. Almost painful acidity. (JR)

(12.2% alcohol with 4.4 grams of acidity; cropped at 28 hectoliters per hectare): Cool aromas of lime and spearmint. Then surprisingly dense and sappy in the mouth, with brisk lemon and lime fruit flavors accented by gingery spices. Quite dusty and tactile for such a low-octane wine: it's difficult to find this style outside of Burgundy. Finishes floral and persistent.
