Tasting notes
Pale yellow. Smoky lees currently dominate the nose. At once sweet and saline in the mouth, conveying a chewy impression of extract to its peach and floral flavors. This savory, soil-driven wine finishes with noteworthy energy and length and a repeating note of yellow peach.

(13.1% alcohol): Bright, pale, green-tinged yellow. Aromas of lemon oil, honeysuckle and jasmine, plus a cool whiff of lime. Sweet, tactile and precise, with strong acidity lifting the white peach, floral and saline flavors. Lovely balance, inner-mouth perfume and freshness here, and consistent from start to finish. Really dusts the palate and stimulates the salivary glands on the subtly long aftertaste. This wine finished with 1.7 grams per liter residual sugar, the highest of these 2013s, but with a full 5 grams of acidity.
