Tasting notes
The 2013 Hunting Hill Chardonnay is sapid and penetrating in its intensity of flavor. The wine is showing a little more development than the Hunting Hill tasted beside it, but this merely translates to notions of wafer and pressed linen, both of which are very attractive through the finish. It is almost oily in texture. This is a magnificent wine.

Ripe nose, ripe fruit. Really quite intense. Almost brutal in its impact on the palate. Edgy wine! The opposite of resolved and creamy. I suspect it still has a way to go. (JR)
The 2013 Chardonnay Hunting Hill is a full, round and succulent style that counterbalances a line of tangy lemon acidity. Oak persists with some nectarine notes. The 2013 is a little short on the finish.
