Tasting Notes
Latest vintage, more opulent than the 05 and lovely richness on the nose with plenty of toasted brioche. Usually a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. A step up in power and complexity from the very good NV, but so balanced on the finish, restrained power. Fresh fruits, hints of red fruit and spices on the palate. Very vinous on the finish and a serious vintage Champagne. Excellent, complex and very interesting. Oct 2017.
