Score 88+/100 · Stephen Tanzer, Vinous
Good deep red. Aromas of kirsch, licorice and smoked meat; less fruity then the Volnays. Sweet in the mouth; more solid than the last couple of wines but not as fine or delineated. Finishes with dusty tannins and very good length.
