Score 91/100 · William Kelley, Wine Advocate, Oct 2020

Bottled in 2006, the 1960 Sercial requires 24 hours of aeration to really open up, as it is quite tightly wound out of the gates. Once it shows all its cards, the wine shows well, exhibiting delicately high-toned aromas of dates, furniture polish, marmalade and spice. Medium to full-bodied, taut and incisive, it's elegantly textural, with a racy spine of acidity and a crisp, dry finish.
