The purple-colored 2006 Crianza spent 15 months in barrel. It exhibits a nose of cigar box, mineral, black cherry, and blackberry. Structured on the palate, it has plenty of spicy black fruit, ripe tannin, good balance, and 3-4 years of aging potential. Drink this straightforward effort from 2012 to 2021. Bright ruby. Vivid raspberry, blackberry, anise and floral scents are fresh and pure. Juicy dark berry flavors are complemented by succulent herbs and dark chocolate, becoming sweeter with air. Leaves strong floral pastille and berry liqueur notes behind, finishing with excellent cut and precision. Very nicely focused wine.
