Tasting notes
Green-tinged yellow. Reticent, deeply pitched aromas of clove, honey, white flowers and spicy oak. Broad, round and ripe, with noteworthy breadth to its flavors of peach, lemon, lime, honey and minerals. The ripest of these 2007 samples but still quite closed and a bit youthfully aggressive on the back, conveying an impression of strong acidity. This wine's solid structure calls for four or five years of cellaring.

Very slightly cheesy nose. Big and almost fat but with quite enough acidity and lovely clean attack. You don't need to know a thing to appreciate this wine!!! (JR)
Pale, green-tinged color. Cool aromas of citrus peel, grapefruit and chlorophyll. Suave in texture, with a sneaky sweetness and noteworthy intensity and depth to its lemon drop, lime, fresh herb and mineral flavors. Conveys good volume without any impression of weight. Finishes very fresh and long, with excellent structure for aging.
