Score 95/100 · Drink 1993-2033, William Kelley, Wine Advocate, Feb 2025

The 1983 Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru is a denser and broader-shouldered than Ramonet's sublime Montrachet of the same year, offering up notes of buttered orchard fruit, freshly baked bread, tangerine oil and iodine, followed by a broad, full-bodied, textural palate of impressive depth and dimension, concluding with a long, lusty finish.
