Score 72/100 · Drink 1983, Robert Parker, Jan 1998
Diluted flavors and a lack of structure and grip have resulted in a wine that tastes shallow, simple, and uninteresting. It is browning badly at the rim. Anticipated maturity: Now-probably in serious decline. Last tasted, 4/83.

Rauzan Gassies
The Quié family purchased Pauillac Fifth Growth Ch. Croizet-Bages in 1942, adding Rauzan-Gassies four years later. Once part of the same estate as the neighbouring Rauzan-Ségla, this Margaux property was split off in time for the 1855 Classification, earning Second Growth status.
