Medium red. Cherry, raspberry, strawberry, oak spice and a whiff of geranium on the nose. Palate delivers a creamy-smooth texture, with an exotic floral topnote to the moderately sweet redcurrant and mineral flavors. Finishes with a suggestion of rhubarb and a slight dryness. I suspect this is going through an awkward stage today.

Rude, raw fruit on the nose. Quite fresh, then quite bright, heartening fruit on the palate. (JR)
