Ripe peach and soft citrus scents; not especially exotic or extreme. Fat and sweet but fresh, with a silky texture and very good volume for a village wine. Concentrated and persistent. A very satisfying village wine.

Flowers and minerals make up the nose of the 2003 Puligny-Montrachet (white). Sweet, salty, and spicy pears make up its light to medium-bodied flavor profile. Its finish, which exhibits a note of non-integrated lemony acidity, is clipped. Drink it over the next 2 years.
Savoury. Some curry(!) on the nose. Interesting. Lively. Seemed livelier tasting it after Rémi Jobard. (JR)
(from a blend of nine plots, which Boillot says makes for a more complex village wine than the Chassagne-Montrachet, which is from a single parcel of vines) Pale color. Subtle, fresh aromas of peach and spices. Juicy, reserved and quite dry, with flavors of peach, minerals and spices. Quite precise and vibrant for the vintage, and long on the aftertaste.
