Tasted at Amansara, Siem Reap, from their cellar where it had lain for at least three years. Screwcap so it smells nice and fresh with just a hint of wet stones. Very lightly honeyed, very classic middle-aged Chablis but no hint of wet wool. Super clean with bright fruit. (JR)

Low-key nose, slightly reminiscent of putty. Chewy. Clear cut, crystalline, looking very good. (JR)

Complex aromas of citrus fruits, stone and toast. Supple, broad and fairly dry, with citrus and wet stone flavors showing very good ripeness, if not quite the early sweetness of the 2004, which has about three grams of residual sugar. Very young wine with a fairly fat texture.
