Cool but ripe aromas of citrus fruits and spices. A step up in intensity over the Hameau de Blagny, but with racy acidity giving the floral and lime flavors a penetrating character. This comes across as less dense than the Hameau de Blagny and less evolved. Finishes with substantial lemony acidity. I'd wait three years on this one.

Pale yellow. Subtle, pure aromas of spring flowers, peach, minerals and vanillin oak. At once supple and juicy, with nicely integrated acids giving cut to the complex lemon, earth, floral and mineral flavors. A more profound, large-scaled wine from deeper soil.
