2005 Cabernet Sauvignon Padthaway

The portfolio begins with the 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon. The fruit for the wine is 100% estate grown with yields a modest 2 tons per acre. The wine was barrel-fermented and aged in French and American oak, 26% new. Dark ruby/crimson-colored, it offers complex aromas of cedar, violets, cassis, and black currants.
