Score 84/100 · Robert Parker

Dark plum/garnet to the rim, with plenty of tannin, earth and spice, this wine is still somewhat angular and austere but displays good fruit and the upside potential for another 5-7 years, although I don’t know if enough tannin will resolve itself to reach complete harmony.
